In the app
Open Profile (your avatar at the top of each tab) → Settings → Delete account, at the end of the page. It deletes any account, whether or not you added a way to sign in. The account is closed at once: you are signed out everywhere, and this phone starts again with a new, empty account.
Without the app
If you signed in with Apple or Google: write to kidoluci.work@gmail.com from that account's email address and ask for your account to be deleted. We reply to that address to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days of your reply.
If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, your message cannot be matched to your account. Install Lucimind on any phone, sign in with the same Apple account (Profile → Save your progress), and delete the account in the app.
An account without a way to sign in can be deleted only in the app: nothing else shows it is yours. On iPhone, installing Lucimind again can bring the account back, so you can delete it then. Otherwise, it is deleted after 13 months without use, or after 30 days if it never started a game.
What is deleted, and when
- Your account and everything in it: your progress, your wallet and purchases, your games, your friends and your sign-in methods. The account is closed at once.
- Our server erases its data within 7 days, and our processors within 20 days. Copies in our backups expire within 30 days.
- Usage events are unlinked from you, so they can no longer be tied to you.
- Kept: the counts per event, day and country, which hold no personal data, and our server's logs for 30 days, which hold no IP address. The rest is in How long we keep it.
Deleting does not cancel Premium: if you have Premium, cancel it in your store's settings too.
